My mother, Ruth Goodwin, whose whole life was the BGS and the Surrey Goat Club, died on 2nd April last year and now at last her ashes are to be interred.
The interment will take place in the churchyard of Shere Church, in Surrey, at 2 pm on Sunday 24th October.
Anyone who remembers her and wishes to attend may do so.
There will be refreshments at the William IV pub in Little London afterwards, at 3pm.
Please write to me at [email protected] if you would like to attend, so we have an idea of numbers (also so we can let you know which half of the burial grounds the interment will be).
