Existing users of Grassroots Online (formerly Pedeweb) will no doubt be aware of the recent upgrade to the system. While this was not without a few initial hitches and with a few things still to iron out, the upgraded system offers many benefits and enhancements when compared to the previous version. A number of committee members took part in user testing before we went live with the system, but despite this, members have asked a series of questions, either directly to Rachel in the office or on various non-BGS social media platforms. When we have been made aware of any issues, we have tried to resolve them promptly with the team at Grassroots. The upgrade to Grassroots Online also paves the way for us to upgrade the office system that holds the data that populates Grassroots Online.
In order to help members understand better the way the system works and the improved features, we have arranged for the team at Grassroots to join us on a Zoom webinar to demonstrate the new system. The webinar will take place on Tuesday 20 June at 7.30pm.
