Update on the British Toggenburg Society and Kent Goat Club resolutions: The proposed Regulation changes, which were published on page 123 of the June 2013 Journal, were voted on by the Committee at their meeting on 16 November. The Committee voted in favour of the Regulation changes and these will come into force on 1 January 2014.
